I just updated my phone (update code is S911USQU1AWC8) and after it restarted, wifi is not able to turn on. I press the switch (on the quick panel and in the settings) and it looks like it attempts to turn on, but just turns off again. Are there any fixes, has anyone else experienced this issue? (Data works and I haven't noticed any other issues yet)

Hello Zanitor2924, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is when you are unable to use Wi-Fi on your phone. Since resetting the settings, Safe Mode, and clearing the cache partition has not helped, the next step would be a factory reset of the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the Wi-Fi will still not turn on after the reset, it is recommended to have the phone serviced. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in he U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

Try resetting your Network Settings via:
Settings | General management | Reset | Reset Network Settings

You could also try resetting your phones cache partition if the above does not help, as this is sometimes required after an update.

Okay, I got with support to try resetting network, app, and general settings. That didn't work. We tried booting in safe mode and that didn't work. I just tried clearing cache partition as you suggested and that didn't work either.
