Cannot get a new headphone to pair

Headphone bt500 will not pair with s22 plus followed Headphone instructions but phone does not see it

Are you sure that headphones are in pair mode and your phone is looking for a new device?

Depending on how many devices you have paired previously, you may have to scroll to the bottom under " available" section to see the new headphones on the list

Also, open your SmartThings app and see if you can connect it through there...
