Dead pixel on S22 Ultra

I have a dead pixel spot on my galaxy s22 ultra.

I have been trying to speak with support but they have given me lot of pain.

I went to ubreakfix but they doesn't have the part to replace.

Also samsungs mail in service takes times like 15+ days to ship the phone back after repair.

At the last support of Sam's has told me to get the loaner phone my carrier i.e tmobile.

I would like to know if loaner phone se free or not?

Support says it is but I don't think it will be as why would tmbile give me a free phone until my phone gets repaired and it's Shipped back to me.

Have someone used loaner phone mean while the phone is under repair and back?

Samsung has been really disappointing and gave given lot of pain in this case.

It's Samsung mistake if their in mail service sucks

It's Samsung mistaken if their authorized dealers does not have parts for replacement. 

They should provide an exception in this case and should have provided the replacement. 

I wastes lot of time chutting and speaking with Samsung support.

Did you get your phone from T-Mobile, or Samsung? T-Mobile will be able to provide the answer on whether or not a loaner phone is possible. I would do this in a physical store, rather than over the phone. Make sure to thoroughly explain your situation to the store manager. They should be willing to offer some sort of resolution for you while your S22 Ultra is being repaired.

But they won't give me for free. Why should I pay from my pocket. My phone is in warranty. It should be covered by Samsung

They might be able to offer you a free basic smartphone, or have a promo going on. I have heard of others doing this things like this. The only way to find out is by checking with T-Mobile.

I went to tmobile. They said they use to give loaner phone 6 years ago. They won't give any loaner phone. You should give replacement. Wasted my gas to drive till tmobile

Did you fully explain your circumstances and speak with the manager of the store? Not an assistant manager? If not a loaner phone, they should have a free promo going on for some sort of basic smartphone. Did they suggest this? I am giving you advice based on my own past experiences with T-Mobile (I have been with T-Mobile for 7 years) and the experiences of other people. My suggestion still makes sense. T-Mobile should have a solution for this. It might not explicitly be called a "loaner phone." Are you still at the store?

Nope I just returned back. I spoke there with the manager. He was the one who told me they stop giving it 6 yrs ago

And they don't have a promo you can take advantage of to get anything free/extremely cheap while your phone is being repaired? They're going to keep charging you for service you're not using? Please be sure to reiterate your situation to the manager and ask them about this.

They told me if you have extra phone they can just help me put the simcard in that phone. I think it's better to provide a replacement phone from Samsung itself. I definitely know this pixel issue will get resolved after repair. It's better to give replacement. Or just ship the parts to ubreakfix. They can assist asap like within a day
