Did they change the color pallet

Did they change the color pallet. 

When I choose a wallpaper before it would go to the pallet options. Now I have to manually go into the pallet and I'm not even sure what wallpaper it's choosing

Icons no longer change color according to my wallpaper like they on my old note 20 ultra.

Is the a bug ?

No they took it away cause it's not on my note 20

I don't customize my phone besides just changing the wallpaper

Yes I've also tried turning it on and off. Changing wallpapers doesn't bring it up automatically anymore
