Enrolled in Beta 5 but have not received the update

I was looking forward to joining the beta program but unfortunately it doesn't pop up within the samsung members app. I have the s22 ultra. Am I missing a step?

Thank you for your feedback.

As stated by other users on this post, One UI 5 Beta is open to S22 devices that are on T-Mobile or Unlocked.  If you were able to enroll but have not received a SW update, please send us your IMEI with you Samsung Account email address via private mesage.

We appreciate your contribution to the Beta Program.

Did you purchase your phone through Samsung or through a carrier? The beta is only for unlocked devices. If your phone is ineligible then you won't see a banner

I got it from samsung.com and unlocked but I don't see that option to join the beta program. Do I need to reboot?

Try updating your members app. The second reason could be the beta program is currently not accepting anymore applications
