Error message stating to update to the latest software issue

Never would of thought that I would through this issue on a phone that hasn't had a year in my hands but been running through a issue with my S22 ultra with a error message stating to update to the latest software which it has but still running through the same problem tech support told me to bring the phone in for repair and couldn't fix the problem so only option is to send the phone in but would pretty much leave me without a phone for 2 weeks which I'm not doing that I use my phone for work daily. Very unprofessional of samsungs end to not exchange or refund me on a $1500 device

Just a random error message for an update or is it some app?

From a update tried to soft reset and also did a factory reset still same issue

I'm going have to switch to apple 🤷🏽‍:male_sign: they care more about their customers

Just because of one issue on your phone doesn't necessarily mean you should switch. It may be an issue with the app, that may have a fix in an upcoming update.

I strongly encourage you, don't loose hope in samsung. Apple has their issues too.

I don't want too but samsung is giving me the reason on why I should switch they should have better options for customers who love and stick to samsung but they don't want to

At least apple would exchange my device the same day if they can't fix the issue

Just vending and hoping that samsung changes their ways on how go deal with this type of situation because I know if any of my samsung people were going through it they would do the same
