Friends can't see my emojis

I have a Samsung S22Ultra, not sure of friends phones. When I send animated emogis thru Messenger, my friends always comment that they 'can't open' them. Why?

Use goggle messenger now the default message app. Then turn on rccs chats

What is rccs. Messenger is the FB messaging app. We mostly k.i.t that way.

@Iamguesswho Have you and your friend each tried wiping the cache of the FB messenger app on your device?

In general FB Messenger issues should be sent to Meta/FB support.
