Game Launcher constantly showing me "Something went wrong, try again later"

hi everyone, i have recently encountered the game launcher error which shows "Something went wrong, try again later" and I have contacted Samsung support about it, and i've done the troubleshooting they've suggested along with the previous fix suggested on the community which you will find below :

I've run out of ideas and solutions to fix this, if there's anyone who can help me out that would be very much appreciated !

Did you stop game launcher?? Like putting game launcher to sleep??
