I called the text support line for help with this past update and the tech wanted to get into my phone. I lost him while I was getting Smart Tudor downloaded. He gave me directions how to get it but since I did not complete the texting, I still have this number in my phone and can't get it off. HELP! When I hit text support to get them back to tell them to end the call, this is what I get!!!

Are you saying the call is still active and you can't disconnect the call? Have you tried restarting your phone?

That as a good suggestion but it didn't work. I tried uninstalling Smart Tudor and reinst., but that didn't work eithor.

Was texting. He told me to install Smart Tudor, when I went to do that is when I lost our text conversation but now when I hit 'text chat' that screen i what I get. Off n on didn't help
