Galaxy S22Hey there @Jendee, I hope you are doing well.
I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the Google Assistant. I love having this virtual assistant around and being able to rely on it is important as can be. I see you've tried another device and encountered the same issue. Have you tried using a different Google account? I know that shouldn't be the issue but if you've gone from one phone to another, and another OEM at that, it sounds like some type of account issue or perhaps a bad version of the Google/Assistant app. Another thing you can try is to sign up for the Google app beta. Go to the Play Store and search for the Google app. Once you've found it, select it and scroll down a bit and register for the beta for the app. Once your app's beta registration has completed, you should check for app updates and then try using Google Assistant.
If none of that works, I'd suggest asking on Google's forums.
