Grey notification bar

Okay I've tried several times to get this great notification bar off my screen every time I send a text message every time I need to download every time I send an email it pops up and I'm going to my settings I've reset my phone two times it's irritating me I've never had this problem before it just started any suggestions. It's not from a third party app I check that

The pinch to zoom in or out notification is a setting in the accessibility feature. You do have the option to turn this setting off/on.

Open Settings 

Tap Accessibility 

Tap Visibility Enhancements 

Tap Magnification 

Toggle Off/On (the toggle will be blue when on)

If you are still having issues we recommend clearing your phone cache by turning off your phone. Once your phone is off hold down the volume up and power button. When the Samsung logo appear release the power button. Use the volume buttons to navigate to clear cache and press the power button to select.
