Guys, I can't software update my phone

Every time i try it it says "software update interrupted. No update is available for your device at this time. Please try again in 24 hours " I know for a fact that it needs a update because the last time i updated it was November 1st 2024

Hello moldblob, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns regarding your device stating that the software update interrupted. If the update fails to install, in most cases the device will recover from the error, and try again, though some additional action may be required:

If there is an error concerning insufficient storage, you will need to free up storage space. The device will display the amount of space needed.

If the update fails to completely download, you will be able to resume the download from the notification.

If the update continuously fails to download, you may be able to update the device with Smart Switch.

If the device fails to boot normally after an update fails, service will be required to reflash the device.

If your device does not complete the Software Update with SmartSwitch: 

Check your PC for updates

Restart your PC

Remove and reinstall SmartSwitch 

Check the USB settings on your connected phone

Try a different USB port or USB cable

Use a different PC

If you are still having issues then I recommend that you visit our Support Center to request service.
