Galaxy S22

Hi everyone,

I recently had my Galaxy S22 stuck in a bootloop, so I took it to a repair shop. The technician replaced the internal charging flex cable, and after that, the phone started working perfectly. I tested it with demanding tasks that stressed all components, and everything seemed fine.

However, the next day, the issue came back, but in a different way. Instead of being stuck in a constant bootloop, the phone now turns on normally but randomly shuts down. After shutting down, it gets stuck in a bootloop for a few minutes and then eventually boots up again. This cycle happens randomly, without any obvious correlation to what Iā€™m doing on the phone.

I've already performed a factory reset to rule out any software-related issues, but the problem persists.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

In my best opinion, it could be they didn't properly put everything back and then double-check it while testing everything to see if there's still any issue in some other parts of the phone hardware/software. So I would recommend getting a full diagnostic from the repair shop to find the fault and then fixing it. Bootloop sometimes always happens if the battery cable isn't fully connected or if the battery itself is in a bad condition, which would require a new one.
