Help with moving audio files

How do I get my audio files so I can use them has ring tones and notification tones?

Just connect your phone to PC, go to windows explorer and navigate to Ringtones folder on your phone. Then copy your mp3 files to that folder.

I have always used zedge for my tones and it allowed me to customize my contact's ring tones and notifications.
