On 5/6/2025 I updated my S22. The update is terrible. Preferred my old layout but now it's gone.  Prefer App pages, not a full vertical scrolling to get to the one I want. App icon sizing is poor.

Why can't you just update security issues and leave the rest of the format alone!!??

Because they already got our money and prefer to hold us hostage and torture us.

@Members_15SHU1e   Here you go to get the old style back

App drawer Settings

  1. Open the App Drawer
  2. Click the 3 dots in the Search Bar
  3. Select Sort
  4. Custom
  5. Now you can rearrange your Apps to where you had them before the update.

Thanks, but sort in alpha is fine. I just prefer pages of apps as opposed to long scrolling. Seemed to be faster for me to find what I wanted.

That’s the steps above to put it back into pages left to right but you would have to manually sort them since alphabetical sort was removed from page view

Did you used to know exactly where an app is on a specific page?

Did you just scroll horizontally to find it?

For now just use the search box, I think Samsung will eventually add alphabetical for horizontal natively or through Goodlock.

After a week still not happy with update. Now I have determined it burns battery faster and does not seem to fast charge a rate prior to update.
