How can I get rid of the Samsung internet popup?

How do you get rid of it? As a Verizon customer, why can I not do video calling on the network?

I have. I also force stop samsung internet. In samsung internet settings I have clicked discontinue using Samsung internet and it STILL POPS UP CONTINUALLY... I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET RID OF IT... THERE IS NO UNINSTALL OPTION! HELP!

Which app are you using for video calling? Have you reached out to Verizon support?

Verizon had a feature called HD calling which is like FaceTime for Verizon customer and the feature is on the Verizon account, but not on the phone.

It randomly pops up, so I will have to wait for it to pop-up.

Hmmm well it might be a Verizon problem and not specifically a samsung problem? I know some networks don't allow wifi calling, but if Verizon does for video calling "specifically on your device model" maybe the phone doesn't? I mean if it works for others but not for you on the same device and Carrier maybe it's definitely maybe a glitched bit of software samsung could fix.
