How do I customize quick settings in DEX?

When I use DEX, Quick settings only has 5 useless buttons and *I see no options anywhere* to add more or customize the ones that are there. 

where do I look?

seriously!? desktop mode a stripped down version of phone interface? That makes no sense at all, it should have more it's a bigger screen with a keyboard and mouse. Where did samsung hide the quick settings customization in DEX ?
