Galaxy S22Hi JohannaS, thank you for reaching out and welcome to the Community. I can certainly understand your concern with having a Bluetooth device not your own connected to your phone. You can simply unpair is and forget the connected Bluetooth device to resolve this. Simply follow these steps:
Swipe up or down to view the apps.
-Touch Settings.
-Touch Connections.
-Touch Bluetooth.
-Touch the Options icon next to the device you want to unpair.
-Touch Unpair.
