You need downloaded music 1st,
(Mp3 juicer usually works with YouTube), after you have your favorite tunes....you go to your ring tones at the top right of the page will be a plus sign, this goes to your downloads, you can choose to start ringtone from songs start or it can choose from a highlighted point.

So I have a ton of downloaded music on YouTube premium & Spotify. How do I get my music off of these two apps?

You'll need an mp3 juicer app. Are you familiar with it? It takes the song links and downloads them onto your phone so they're "usuable" for your ringtones
