I'm trying to turn off 5G on my phone. Everything I read says to go to networks and then network mode. I have no network mode once I click on networks

Download Samsung Band Selection from Google Play Store once downloaded open and click on More Network Settings it will bring up SIMs click on your provider scroll down to Preferred Network Type and select what you want to use
