Are you in the US? Who is your mobile carrier? The device is a T-Mobile carrier variant and is trying to connect to T-Mobile update servers.

I ́m not in usa it’s problem,i ́m in africa(not use t- mobile) , there are not other method to update properly my phone

I think your only option is to take your phone to a service center to have them flash unlocked firmware for your region. That should allow you to use any supported SIM from your region to get the missing updates.

Sorry, but this is what happens with wholesale used phones. It's a big problem in the States, but also internationally, apparently.
