Icons showing behind home screen and won't delete

I started having the problem of icons showing on the page behind the home screen. I tried to delete them and thought I did. But as you can see, they're still there. I've restarted the phone multiple times, and they are still there. Any idea how to fix this? It's the two shortcuts and the Samsung Wallet.

I believe somehow you took a screenshot of your homepage with the icons and now that screenshot has become your homepage wallpaper.
