Have you check to see if the IG needs an update? If so than maybe Uninstalling rhe app and installing it again may help. Once it's done restart the phone and see if the issue is resolved.
I have done the above steps ,even went to youbreakifix store and showed them the issue but they recommended me to factory reset to see that may solve the issue.and they are not sure about the solution
I just switched to a Galaxy S22 and Instagram just isn't working. When I try to log in, it gives me my log in name, but when I click on it, it says no such name exists, Also will not let me log in with my phone number or email add. Works fine on my computer and my old phone Galaxy S10. I have cleared cache and data, uninstalled and re installed several time. Nada.
