Maybe it's not reading the Sim card although I never knew of any update where that would happen

Same here. Someone posted a "fix" that several people have reported back as "working for them". Unfortunately, I can't remember where the original post was or who posted it — I can't take credit for this if it works for you, lol. 

If I remember correctly, the instructions were the following:

  • Take display brightness all the way down and/or disable adaptive brightness 
  • Toggle airplane mode on/off 

I realize that sounds silly, but from what I was reading, it's a legitimate fix. (I haven't tried it yet...waiting for the next time I get that message.) Also, I have a sneaking suspicion I may be forgetting something, but that may just be due to the oddity of the fix in general. Hope it works for you. 👊

My always on display didn't show up on my s22ultra. Found out I installed an aod app.and I had to delete it.because it had me thinking it was a update problem so delete those apps folks.my phone works fine now
