Is always on display set to "Always' Safe?

what the chance that my screen getting burn in from AOD set to "Always"? my AOD is Clock w/ Text style (Not Circle one, Ex: Six Fifty-Four).

last 2 years, i set it to "Tap to show" so, rn i would like to know is it really safe to set it "Always".

No, all those phones have sim slots, so they came from users who keep their screens on at all times. So that's not good for oleds screens since it is their top weakness. Also, it happens to other oled screens such as in tablets and tvs.

i did notice that the clock moves! so it's safe to assume that the chance getting burn in are low?
