Is it possible to stop "Suggestions" in the Gallery settings?

How can you stop "Suggestions" or is that a thing? I feel if I want a fix or to change a picture I can choose what I'd like...

What "suggestions" are you talking about? Do you mean the Dynamic Wallpaper selections when you swipe left on the lock screen?  The easiest way to diable this is to:

Lock your Screen | Swipe Left | More wallpaper services | Unlock device | Swipe left for info page

Turn this off (it is the last option)

That's not what they mean. They're talking about when one opens the gallery, a small orange dot appears which leads to suggestions to fixing up images. They want to be able to disable that.

I correct, it is the histories that can be disabled.

Could you elaborate on that how that works?

Depending on the dates of the portraits and videos, the system automatically makes a collection of them and presents them as a story of that day....something like what Google Photos does.

Just tap and open it. After that the notifications should stop.
