Lock screen 2 clock times overlapping?

When I am on my lock screen, it seems I have two clock times overlapping. Anyone know what this is?  Thanks!

Looks like you took a screenshot of your wallpaper and used it i would suggest locating the picture you are using in your gallery and trim the top so the clock isnt included

Make sure one of the times that's overlapping isn't actually part of the wallpaper

I realized it's not on lock screen; it's on home screen, if that helps any....
