Galaxy S22After doing the software update on 8/23/23, my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra restarted and asked me to enter my screen lock code. It did not recognize my code and has now locked me out. I have contacted technical support multiple times and have done all the recommended troubleshooting to get my phone unlocked or my files extracted but the issue is still not resolved. I had remote unlock enabled but it is not working. Is it possible to undo the software update or is there another option to get the phone to recognize the screen lock again without doing a factory reset?

Galaxy S22Hey there! I can absolutely understand how frustrating it is being locked out of your device. Unfortunately, there is no way to revert to the previous software. I would suggest going to your Samsung account, selecting the device you need to unlock, and after selecting the device you will see a panel appear. Select "Unlock Device".
If you are unable to unlock the device that way the next step would be a factory data reset on the device.
I hope this helps!
