Lost 4 Features After Recent Update

This is in regards to:

● Software update history
Software updated to S908USQU3CWGI

What's missing are the icons on the lower menu/taskbar, that used to be within the 'Share' icon that I RELIED UPON HEAVILY each day, are these applications while I'm browsing websites:

● Print Screen, ● Scrolling Screenshot, ● Print (to create PDF's).

● Also, lost the ability to 'Listen Live' to my favorite web radio site.  'Sometimes', the normal ads come through prior, but the show does not start...no sound or apparent connection.

Who is the responsible party to correct this?  Samsung, Verizon?

I'm at my wits end!

I believe you are taking about the browser tools? To add these back select 3 lines bottom right then settings layouts and menus then customize menus now select the items you want print PDFs Etc also keep in mind for scrolling screenshot simply hold volume down and power button or slide your hand over the screen of your phone left to right at the bottom you will see the scrolling toggle simply click it each time and it will scroll down and take screenshot. As far as listening to programming be sure the browser has all permissions granted as well as the site you are listening to then you have to make sure the correct volume bar is up and you should be good.

I already knew about Vol./Pwr. simultaneous butten depress.

Pressing 'hamburger' 3 horiz. lined icon gets me to 'Settings':

• Appearance
• Notifications
• New Tab Page
• About Microsoft Edge

Nowhere in here matches your descriptions.  I have an S22 Ultra.

The 'Scrolling Screenshot' square icon when pressed, highlighted a window with up arrow top / down arrow bottom for you to drag up and down to screen capture the image of your choosing.

I think I need a TopGun at Samsung to figure this out.

I see now you are using a 3rd party browser Microsoft edge. I thought you where using the Samsung browser. I apologize.. my recommendation is I would reach out to Microsoft support for assistance .
