Android 13 installed and everything seems fine, only issue is when I connect to my vehicle through bluetooth the media volume is very low. I switch over to fm radio and its super loud. Without turning down the volume I'll switch back to bluetooth and the sound is half the volume. Same thing in my home speakers. I've tried developer options, and nothing seems to work. Help!

Galaxy S22@userPL9NazhEZ7 Your phone has a multiple volume controls for different things like Media, Ringtone, Notifications, etc. There are actually separate Media volume controls for Bluetooth vs built-in speaker. Have you tried adjusting the Media volume control higher when connected via Bluetooth?
settings -> Sounds and Vibration -> Volume -> Media slider
