My S22 started freezing and restarting for no reason. I tried all suggestions from samsung site -

cleared cache partition,
did factory reset
Ran in safe mode - this reduced the frequency of freeze and restart, but didn't stop restarting.

I am at a loss now and not sure what to do.
I created a bug report and analyzed it - I see high memory  & cpu usage right after a reboot

Any updates on this? Having similar issues. Was working perfectly fine and have tried everything, even factory resetting. No luck

I did a couple of factory resets and no luck. Its still freezing and restarting after using it for a few mins.

I think its a hardware issue. Going to get a new phone.

I've been having a similar issue since starting using the new one ui 7 on my s25 ultra my memory is always really high usally consuming around 7-9 of my 12gb of ram and v ram is also on at 8gb I've never had such high memory usage on my previous s24 ultra I'm constantly clearing the cache just to keep my phone somewhat running well most of the ram is getting used by Samsung related software. They need to add more ram to the phones to keep up with what they add 12 gb of ram isn't enough to keep up what the newer phone are capable of causing lag and freezing. Right now most of my apps are in deep sleep and my phone still just barely runs and its starting to get annoying.

I am facing a same issue with my s22plus ever since I update the phone to oneUI7 and android 15.

Currently my phone is not showing any signs of waking up, from last 2-3 hours, it's just 'samsung galaxy' screen and nothing.

I was planning to do a factory reset as soon as it starts but I guess that you have already tried.

Any possible solution for this?
