Why is samsung messages saying this

As a Samsung user for every phone I've ever had, I'm really disappointed to see Samsung plan to switch their messaging app to Google Messages. At what point is my phone just going to be a different version of a Pixel phone? If I wanted complete Google integration on my phone I would've got the Pixel. Hoping they rollback this decision.

I feel the same. I liked the fact that Samsung Messages had Categories. Google Messages doesn't have that feature. I am very disappointed.

Google messages has nothing, it's a poorly, boring, mediocre messaging app

Google messages used to have organizing features and they got rid of that feature a long time ago. Only organizing now is spam and auto delete OTP

I'm done buying Samsungs if they convert my One UI experience into a Pixel experience. Samsung Messages is the perfect UI with all the customization I could want, and they want to burn it and force me into that terrible Google Messages app.
