Not liking the recent update in July 2024

I am not liking at all the new update. All apps are in a different spot/layout etc. Is there anyway to get it back to the way it was?

My Phone take 7 hours to charge with cable ( tried new cables and old cables same issue) only fast wireless charing is working

My phone S22 ultra will only connect to 5G or wifi. Anything less than 5G shows signal in upper right corner & on speed test apps, but shows 'not registered to a network " when trying to use phone to make calls. No data or text either.
