Galaxy S22

I have an S22 ultra and all of the sudden about 2 months ago it stopped receiving or making calls and texts unless I have my Wi-Fi calling on. I have reached out to Samsung I have reached out to my phone carrier and everybody says it's not their fault. But then I'm told Samsung knows it's a known issue with these phones. And they refuse to stand behind them! Anyone else having this issue?

If you can't make calls or send texts on mobile data, that is a carrier issue. What happened 2 months ago? Did you get an update that makes you think Samsung is at fault? Of course your mobile carrier is going to blame the OEM.

Try resetting mobile network under settings > general management > reset.

It's his antennas, they need to be replaced.

You need to go to an authorized Samsung service center and have the antennas replaced. Yes, it is a known issue. It's almost 4 years old, they are not going to anything.

I'm experiencing the same issues. I would assume that since a hardware issue that Samsung would offer free repairs for their products. It's a headache to have dropped calls & no service data when commuting or you're not connected to wifi.
