On my old phone I had a notification light for emails, messaging and charging. It was located on the upper left side of the device. Is that feature available on the S22?
You are referring to the LED, they got rid of that with the note9/S9 series.
You can either use the always on display, the display that stays on when your phone is locked. Or you can download an LED light, like "energy ring" that will flash around the camera hole
