OS update camera gallery problem

Latest update does not allow photos in gallery to be retained after taken.  Media Keeps Stopping message displayed after taking 2 photos. Possible to revert to prior OS?

Anyway, the post is somewhat vague ... can you provide a bit more detail, maybe include an example (?)

I had the same problem. If you go to settings > apps > three dot menu at top right and hit "reset app preferences" it will probably fix your problem. It worked for me. Good luck!

Thanks for the tip, but my camera still fails. This happened immediately after installing latest Nov update. I'm using Note Ulta20. I can long press the camera icon and take selfie, but rear camera is dead. I can launch video from within sms message

A new camera app setup to go with all that nifty hardware would be nice.
The current app IS kinda growing whiskers by today's app life spans.
