I don't know if it's because I have my dpi at 612 (forgot what it's normally at, but I like it because I can see more things on the screen at once), but after awhile the left and right buttons on the navigation bar would be moved all the way to the edge of the screen like it was stretched or something.

To fix it I guess you have to just modify the navigation bar so it resets back to normal and I did that by enabling NavStar in the GoodLock app.

So far it hasn't messed up randomly like before, but if it does then I'll update this post. Hoping there's a fix soon because before this update I never had a problem like this.

Update 1: Found out that rotating the screen is what causes the buttons on the navigation bar to move all the way to the edges so that means it's not readjusting for portrait mode. Having NavStar on or off doesn't matter I guess.

I have a similar problem on the Fold 3. As of one of the recent updates, rotating the device and rotating back causes the navigation bar to expand and changes the position of each button. This is infuriating because my muscle memory is set on where they start, and this never used to happen, but now I constantly hit the wrong button by muscle memory. I have to toggle the settings literally every time I rotate my phone.

I don't know how this got past QA but they're probably not bothering to test navigation buttons anymore or this would have been seen. I'm strongly considering switching to an old device until this is fixed because I am currently hitting this like 20 times a day and constantly having to go back to system settings to fix this.

I came searching because of the same issue. We both have Galaxy S7 tabs and it's happening to both of us. If you go from landscape to portrait, the navigation buttons stay in landscape positions.
