My S22+ (model SM-S906U) hasn't gotten any One UI updates since 6.1, and I'm in New Paltz, New York. How can I fix this update problem?

Your phone was originally carrier-locked to AT&T and it's looking for updates from AT&T servers. Your options are:

1. Temporarily install an AT&T SIM (it doesn't have to be active) to get updates. You will have to do this every time there's an update.

2. Take your phone to an authorized service center to have them flash unlocked firmware. There will be a fee for this service, but it will allow you to get OTA updates regardless of which carrier's SIM is installed. See this link to find a location near you:

Where did you buy your phone? Who's your carrier?

Please share a screenshot of your about phone > software information screen, specifically the service provider software version.

That's not the screen I need. Tap "software information" and screenshot that whole page.

You also didn't say who your current mobile provider is. Guaranteed, it's different from the carrier firmware currently written to your phone.

You cut off the info I need to see. Please make a scrolling screenshot to capture all the info on that page.

You should delete that screenshot, as it contains your phone number and IMEI.
