Galaxy S221. Temporarily install an AT&T SIM (it doesn't have to be active) to get updates. You will have to do this every time there's an update.
2. Take your phone to an authorized service center to have them flash unlocked firmware. There will be a fee for this service, but it will allow you to get OTA updates regardless of which carrier's SIM is installed. See this link to find a location near you:

Galaxy S22You also didn't say who your current mobile provider is. Guaranteed, it's different from the carrier firmware currently written to your phone.
