Once my Snapdragon S22 Ultra gets OneUI 8, will it support the Linux Terminal feature?

I don't think so. Fold 7 can't do it either unfortunately but Flip 7 can...

the Linux terminal feature is currently unsupported on any snapdragon device. this is due by the way Samsung Knox is integrated with the kernel on snapdragon chipsets , as it prohibits the form of virtualization and containerization required for the Linux terminal to function

Your best method for now is to use Termux with proot-distro.
