Samsung Gallaxy S22 Ultra

The Palm Swipe function for Screenshots doesn't work even though the feature is turned on. 

However, the Screenshot feature in the Assistant Menu does work.

Samsung Support could not help me. They suggested I go to a Samsung Dealer to have them repair it.

Any thoughts?

I don't think it ever worked or works when it wants to. Samsung telling you to have a dealer fix it that's a bit extreme there are other ways to take a screenshot
