Phone app theme

How can I fix the call button theme.  Can barely see it.  I don't see an option in themes app or in phone app itself.  Thanks

Open the galaxy store

If I turn off system wide dark mode, then the icon is visible again.  With a few other tweaks to the UI, I can get a semi-dark mode while in light mode.
