Could it be that you have Auto optimization option enabled in device care?

Thankfully mine doesn't do that as I have an s22 Ultra as well

In the 2½ years I've had this phone I never had any issues at all until the August update. Mine started freezing and restarting. I tried all the troubleshooting tips and no luck. I thought the September update would rectify the issues, but my phone is still freezing and force closing apps. It hasn't restarted yet, so I guess that's a plus.
