Pop up screen after every phone call

Every time I end a phone call i have started getting a pop up screen that displays optional responses for me to use but at the bottom are advertisements.  These are not responses that I have programed into the phone when i can't answer the call.  it's just an ad.

Sounds like some 3rd party app.

You have installed a 3rd party app which is pushing this pop up and ads. You will need to remove the latest installed apps until you get rid of it.

I had that issue for a while and tracked it down to this video player installed in error. Once I uninstalled it everything went back to normal.
