Quick settings colors

How can I modify the colors used by quick settings menu? The white and gray icons on a light gray background are difficult to see outdoors. I have changed the color pallet options but it does not change quick settings icons or background color

Install Good Lock from the Samsung app store, then install Quick Star module. You can use that to change it to whatever colors you want.
