Receiving notifications that my phone has viruses

Can anyone help me out. For the past 3 or 4 days my Phone has been sending me notifications a whole bunch of them saying I have viruses and other stuff that I need to clean and fix and get rid of how do I Do that Without having to download a virus App that don't cost money ?

It doesn't really say. Just pops up like 10 to 15 notifications saying clean ur phone you have viruses, malware etc..
