Recent button animations glitch

When i hit recents button when it brings up the apps list of recent apps it like glitches it clears but it glitches when I hit clear and even with just the list showing before I clear the recent apps the list is not all tight together there spread apart and glitchy it's weird and kind of hard to explain here is a screenshot has anyone else encountered this problem?

I restarted my phone and I fixed the issue so I'm good now lol I also cleared my cache partition too
