@ButterflyS I had a similar situation on my new S22 Ultra. Go to settings -> General management -> Date and time and check your settings.
Usually you will get the correct time from your cellular service if you enable both Automatic date and time and Automatic time zone.
If those are enabled and you have the wrong time, I would try try disabling Automatic time zone and selecting your time zone directly. On my S22 Ultra it was set to Indochina.
