Rotate Image button issues

*edit* Just disregard this post. I'm dumb and tired. Or dumb because I'm tired. I hope it's just the latter...

I know this option was moved a while back but let me just say, lest it be forgotten, not having the Rotate button front and center in Gallery is insane. In point of fact, I went looking for it today and can't even find it anymore. I know it's supposed to be buried in the edit menus but I can't find it. This is a fundamental function. Whoever decided to move it should be demoted to a position where they can't do any more damage. Just my opinion.

When you select the pencil icon to edit the image, the rotate button will be bottom center. Here is a screenshot to help:
