I think the screen on the s21 Ultra rounded corners lol nicer then the squared corners that are easier to hit and break and more prone to break with pointy edges who agrees
They are completely different phones S21 Ultra is an S Series phone and S22 Ultra is essentially a Note phone that being said the S22 Ultra cannot have rounded corners because of the S-Pen I read a long time ago if the corners were rounded there wouldn't be any room to store the S-Pen
