S22 Ultra Connection Issues

I have an S22 Ultra on Verizon. Network constantly shows UW, but then won't actually process data requests. It stays in UW even inside, and other places there is clearly not UW coverage. Data is almost unusable unless on wifi. Any ideas?

Refresh network
2 ideas:
1st idea, turn on Airplane mode for 15 seconds then off
2nd idea, Network reset
From settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings. FYI THIS WILL UNINSTALL ALL YOUR BLUETOOTH DEVICES, SO AFTERWARDS YOU WILL NEED TO REINSTALL THEM

Thank you, it's on airplane mode frequently, and that doesn't seem to help.
I have reset the network settings before, and it didn't seem to make a difference either.

Then I would go in to Verizon and ask for them to refresh your phone from their end, or get a new sim card

Ever since android 13 came out, my mobile service has been uaving issues with connecting to 5Guw, i have too turn of my data and turn it back on to get it to work, only works on just 5G not 5G ultrawide, anybody else having that issue?
